Customs declaring license
At least 2 year experiences on logistics area and iternational trade.
Experience on customs clearance processes nad familiar with the operation of international trade.
Responsibility:
Handle company import and export affairs; ensure it is compliance relevant laws, policies and regulations.
Track and monitor the cost of duty and freight. Make sure the cost effectiveness and time efficiency.
1. Prepare import/export related documents; ensure documentation quality, identity notification lateness, and communicate with related teams for improvement.
2. Interface with company, brokers, freight forwarders, and other vendors to complete and process customs clearance.
3. Coordinate with related parties to settle routine issues for import/export.
4. Keep close tracking on import/export status and prepare related reports, communicate with relative parties timely.
